Requirements
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in business development, sales, or related roles preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strategic Thinking: Capacity for strategic planning and problem-solving.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and business needs.
- Goal-Oriented: Driven by achieving sales targets and business growth objectives.
- Networking: Proficiency in networking and prospecting for new business opportunities.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with RM software and other sales tools is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels including cold calling, networking events, and industry research.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
- Prepare and present proposals and presentations to clients, showcasing products or services.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business decisions.
- Track sales activity and maintain accurate records using RM software.
- Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales performance and business development activities.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
