Requirements
- *6 working days*
- Possess at least a Degree / Diploma in Building Management, Civil Engineering, Science / other related discipline..
- Minimum 2 years site experience.
- Computer literate.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal qualities with ability to work under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Responsible to assist and support the project team on aspects concerning quality issues at site through implementation of procedure and manual.
- To monitor and analyze the level of quality achieved by project site, collecting data and completion of records with respect to inspection and test required for Project Quality Control.
- Responsible to assist project team in establishing and maintaining the Project Quality Plan and prepare any other quality report when required.
- To assist the project team in maintaining and improving the quality system at project site.
- To coordinate or witness the site inspection and testing activities.
- To coordinate with the internal and external quality audits and follows up for closing the audit reports.
- To ensure all employees, including sub-contractors and suppliers are complied with the provisions of the company Project Quality Plan.
- Prepare and review method statements.
- To ensure proper maintenance of quality, environmental, safety and health records and data.
- To identified problems associated with quality control and highlight to the superior and management.
- To ensure the ISO 9001 QMS systems procedures are implemented on the projects.
- Perform any other project duties as assigned by the superior.
