Requirements
- Have a minimum monthly income of RM5k.
- Previously involved in sales and marketing.
- Have a desire to own their own agency and have a long-term vision.
- Have their own transportation and can work with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Promoting and providing explanations about Prudential BSN Takaful products to Malaysians.
- Raising awareness about the importance of saving through takaful.
- Providing service to customers who subscribe to Pru BSN Takaful products.
- Recruiting suitable individuals to become takaful consultants under Azka Group and Pru BSN Takaful.
- Supervising these takaful consultants through training sessions and sales processes to ensure they can perform their duties effectively.
