Requirements
- At least a bachelor's degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Food & Beverage Services Management, Business Studies/Administration/ Management or equivalent.
- At least 2 years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Executives specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
- Knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management.
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Suite – Excel, Word, etc)
- Addressing operational concerns and issues.
- Fluent in Mandarin is the MUST.
- Proceed own transport.
Responsibilities
- Identification of issues that may affect sales, production or delivery of services, and creation of solutions to promptly address problems.
- Improve processes, policies, and procedures, and monitor and audit compliance.
- To assist improve and develop new standard procedures for the company.
- Establish and maintain an ongoing communication platform/ system for reporting operational objectives, changes and area concerns to all management levels.
- Assist in developing long-term plans to achieve the goals and objectives which are already set.
- Ensure all administration tasks are accurately completed in a timely manner.
- Assist Management to provide analysis on stock and sales, highlighting and acting on any anomalies.
- Performs all other duties as may be assigned to meet organizational needs.
