Requirements
- Candidate must possess Degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.
- Good problem solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.
- Critical observer-thinker, bringing fresh perspective and offer intuitive solutions and ideas.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in driving teamwork excellence, conflict resolution.
- Electrical knowledge and skill , motors , DB.
Responsibilities
- Production engineers organize and oversee the production, operation and maintenance of production processes and installations. They establish programmes for the coordination of manufacturing activities and assess cost effectiveness and safety.
- Tasks include –
- Analysing workforce utilization, facility layout, operational data and production schedules and costs to determine optimum worker and equipment efficiencies;
- Developing specifications for manufacture, and determining materials, equipment, piping, material flows, capacities and layout of plant and systems;
- Establishing standards and policies for installation, modification, quality control, testing, inspection and maintenance according to engineering principles and safety regulations;
- Inspecting plant to improve and maintain performance;
- Directing the maintenance of plant buildings and equipment, and coordinating the requirements for new designs, surveys and maintenance schedules;
- Advising management on new production methods, techniques and equipment;
