Requirements
- At least Diploma in information technology, computer science, or any other IT related field.
- A minimum 1 year of experience working in any product development and/or systems or similar roles is required.
- Able to communicate and write in English and Mandarin.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Basic knowledge of various techniques/methods to perform business analysis tasks.
- Proven business analysis skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving.
- Basic knowledge of business process modeling.
- Knowledge of the software development life cycle and its best practices will be an advantage..
- Knowledge of Autocount SQL/MYSQL will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of supply chain/distribution will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of project methodologies will be an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Compile and analyze data from various sources to generate meaningful insights and support informed decision making.
- Lead and coordinate the implementation of our ERP system, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes and systems.
- Write, test, and deploy scripts to automate repetitive tasks, increasing operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process optimization and business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide technical solutions that align with organizational objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions for continuous improvement.
- Prepare and write a business requirement document when necessary.
- Prepare user manual documents for the developed products to client.
- Able to adapt, be agile and manage constant changes.
- Provide technical support for hardware and software issues.
- Assist in managing projects related to the implementation and/or upgrading of IT systems.
