Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Degree or equivalent in Architecture/Interior Design.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related industry, the experience of interior design will have added advantage.
- Proficient in using related industry standard software such as 3D Studio Max, Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, SketchUp and V-Ray.
- Able to take work pressure to meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision.
- Ability to multi task, organized and possess good time management.
- Immediate available is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Undertaking design projects from concept to completion.
- Establish project requirements and timelines.
- Ensure projects are completed within budget and on time.
- Attend to clients briefing and site visit to each projects.
- Develop and present design concepts and solutions to clients.
- Handling all design related scope including conceptual design, space planning, detailing and etc.
- Creating 3D models and renderings to help clients visualize the proposed design.
- Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.
