Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a LCCI or Diploma in Accountancy or Equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
- Computer literate with good knowledge in MS Excel and Word
- Able to use Accounting software
- Good interpersonal skills. Able to communicate in mandarin or local dialect will be an added advantage
- Preferably someone with dynamic personality, attention to detail, organized, focused, independent and confident
- Self-motivated, good time management, resourceful and willing to learn
- Able to start work immediately
Responsibilities
- Handle daily accounting data entry and book keeping
- Proper handling and coding of invoices
- Assist to prepare monthly management account reports and analyze information detailing revenue, cost and expenses
- Verification of all invoices and payment instructions with appropriate documents
- Ensure accuracy and timely submission of management accounts
- Maintain accounting journals, ledgers and other records detailing financial business transactions
- Liaison with sub-contractors, vendors and suppliers
- Maintain the cashbook and cashflow report
- Process payments for expenses in accordance with approved procedures and agreed credit terms
