Requirements
- Proficiency in English & Mandarin is preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechanical Engineering or any other related fields.
- Or a Diploma in Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechanical/ Mechatronic Engineering with a minimum 6 years’ experience in equipment maintenance.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment and experience in the Wafer Processes will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) will be an added advantage.
- A self-motivated team player who can work independently with good interpersonal and communication skills in both verbal and in writing.
Responsibilities
- Act as a technical support specialist in equipment maintenances, to ensure equipment in top notch for quality products and performance.
- Manage and lead Equipment Technicians (ET) to performing scheduled maintenances and troubleshoot breakdowns.
- Develop and execute new breakthroughs to solve machine issues.
- Learn and develop technical know-how in related areas to become an expertise.
- Develop an efficient and cost-effective maintenance program for manufacturing equipment.
- Participate and engage in new equipment setup and qualifications.
- Train and certify the technicians/lower-level engineers in training and in carrying their duties.
- Drive improvement projects and lead a team of technicians.
- Generate new ideas and solutions for yield improvements.
