Requirements
- With a bachelor’s in marketing, business, or equivalent education background.
- Minimum 2 years of working in marketing or sales. Preferable from snack or food & beverage or FMCG sector in Malaysia market.
- Good presentation skills, strong passion to develop the brand & willing to learn.
- Ability to multitask, handling event/activity during weekend and committed to work long term.
- Outstanding track record of working experience and trustworthy personality.
Responsibilities
- Develop the FITBAR brand plan in the scope of innovation, activation, advertising, digital marketing, and promotion for deployment of the plan.
- Working in a multifunctional team to execute the plan and monitors performance of the support plans also builds productive working relationship with sales team, distributors, marketing team in HQ, finance, and supply chain to manage brand’s day to day operations, external partners, and agencies.
- Do the on-going analysis and review of consumer, category, channel/customer, and competitive information as part of a situation assessment on FITBAR brand performance and identify growth opportunity.
- Provide input to volume forecasting, financial updates and monitor key drivers of brand performance. Recommend solutions and implement improvements to meet annual KPIs.
- Assist and report to the Brand Manager/Business Head for achieving brand KPIs such as: sales, marketing expense, P&L and help to drive the profitability of the FITBAR brand.
