Requirements
- Must be able to communicate in Mandarin as the role requires the candidate to deal with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Min 1-year experience in Accounting or a similar role is also encouraged to apply.
- Possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance or Accounting.
- Competent in Microsoft Excel & Word.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team and a good sense of responsibility.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
Responsibilities
- To perform data entry related to sales and account receivable.
- To perform data entry related to purchases and account payables.
- Maintain proper record of transactions, documents, and filling.
- To assist in preparation of monthly accounting reports.
- To assist in ad hoc tasks as assigned, as and when required.
