Requirements
- Preparing and serving beverages such as drip coffee, espresso-based drinks, tea and cocktails.
- Willing to learn inside-out about tea-based beverage outlet including skillset to brew the beverage based out in-house recipe.
- Answer customers’ questions on menu choices.
- Able to promote and recommend menu options to customers.
- Keep the work environment and cafe seating area clean and tidy.
- Manage stock control, inventory and stock order.
- Maintaining coffee machines, grinders, coffee machines and other equipment by cleaning, troubleshooting and scheduling service and repairs.
