Requirements
Minimum 1 year(s) experience & knowledge in retail branch management.
- Diploma / Degree in any field.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel.
- Possesses good problem solving skill, customer service skill, leadership, and display & merchandising skill.
- Must be self-motivated, proactive, good interpersonal skill, able to multitask and work under pressure.
- MS Office, Open Office or Google Sheets, Docs & Slides.
- Skills: Panda System (will be an advantage).
- Must speak and write Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Willing to travel & transfer will be an added advantage.Outlet Available:
- Kuala Lumpur - Sunway Velocity Mall, Sunway Putra Mall,Bangsar Village.
- Selangor - Taman Dagang Ampang, Bukit Jelutong, Jaya One PJ.
- Penang - Sunway Carnival Mall.
Responsibilities
- Manage any daily activities of outlet.
- Manage the selling floor, housekeeping & merchandise display.
- Ensure outlet compliance with the health and safety policy.
- Manage product, merchandising and re-ordering.
- Customer servicing.
- Supervise Reporting and Sales Target(s).
Reporting + Sales Target
- Basic Computer applications in store management and materials control.
- Ensure outlet budget and sales target set by the Company is achieved.
- Maintain awareness of market trends in the retail industry.
- Liaises with Operations Manager and Head of Department.
- Any other ad-hoc task assigned.
