Requirements
- Minimum SPM / O Level or Equivalent
- More than 3 years experience in paint, coatings & ink industry is preferable
- Good Pigment and additive knowledge for colour adjustment
- Basic laboratory techniques
- Good Color Matching Skill
Responsibilities
- Sample preparation
- Carry out the required testing based on specific test methods for the respective color
- Ensure all experimental data is fully recorded
- Assist in color matching of new standard color
- Identify and quantify color differences and understand methodology to correct
- Follow all lab procedures and contribute to the maintenance of high safety standards
- Conduct thorough quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet industry standards & specifications.
- Ensure all lab equipment is properly calibrated, clean, and in good working condition
