Requirements
- Have at least 5-8 years of working experience in related field.
- Have good patience in handling employee issue.
- Required language(s) Mandarin , English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Required Skill (s) : Good Knowledge in office administration , events organizing.
- Candidates must possess at least Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduated Diploma in Business Studies / Administration / Management Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Listen & handling employee’s grievances by providing counselling and advice from Human Resources point of view and ensure that employees are motivated.
- Plan, develop and implement HR continuous improvement activities.
- Define and implement strategies to attract, hire and retain top talent across the organization with a focus on building a diverse and inclusive team.
- Manage HR operations processes including payroll, performance review, compensation reviews and planning, benefits administration, legal and regulatory compliance.
- Conducting investigation and domestic inquiries upon receipt of complaints or report on indiscipline.
- Supports HR training and functional processes covering the employee life cycle, such as performance development, reward, succession planning, selection and retention, engagement.
- Responsible for administration and HR documentation.
