Responsibilities
- Online Customer Service
- Contact new and old customers.
- Continue to track, operate and maintain existing customers.
- Provide professional product consulting services.
Benefits
- Non-responsible basic salary RM2,000
- Bonus up to RM 10000-RM15000
- Five days a week: 2 pm to 11 pm, two days of shift leave per week (arranged by the department head)
- EPF/SOCSO provided
