Requirements
- Willing to work based in Segamat, Johor
- Experience in Palm Oil Mill working environment
- Familiar with renewable energy plant
Responsibilities
- Manage production team at Energy Lines, Oil Room & WWTP and contractors, for daily operation to achieve the quantity & quality of production
- To check on the discipline, skill and quality of human resources
- Coordinate respective government authorities eg. DOE, BAKAJ, JKKP, MPS, KSM, etc
- Planning of FB Daily Procurement to meet plant’s processing requirement
- Coordinate and manage EFB suppliers including transporters and palm oil mills
- Responsible for EFB & Fiber storage management ensure no interruption to the plant and achieving daily and monthly targets of 1,500 – 1,600 tons of EFB per day.
- Responsible to arrange sufficient manpowers for each operation and shift
- Manage and direct assigned operation resources and contractors to ensure proper planning and timely execution of all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance works, especially during Boiler Shut Down.
- Effectively supervision on subordinates and shift personnel.
- Review Daily Shift Inspection reports and Take Necessary Action with Managing Director Approvals
- Verify Daily Shift EFB & Oil Processing reports by shift leaders
- Verify Daily Oil Production, Oil Quality & Oil Dispatch Procedure
- Improve operation efficiency, processes, cost control and policies in support of the organization’s objectives.
- Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Organize Daily Meeting with Operation and Maintenance team to achieve daily target
- Back up the operation team whenever required
- Take care Plant’s Environment such as housekeeping, grass cutting, black leachate and rubbish in the drainage, boiler ash removal, WWTP, OSD and waste water discharge including monsoon drain
- Plant upkeeps such as;
- Security eg. Main Gate, Fencing and Quarters
- Firefighting System & Equipment
- Plant Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Plant Vehicles: eg, Payloaders, Forklifts, and Truck & Pickups
- Follow SOPs Strictly
- Must ensure the Biomass Plant, Energy Plant area, Oil Room & WWTP and equipment is maintained in a clean and serviceable condition.
- Must be willing to work shift work, during public holiday, weekends and after office hour whenever is required
- Report directly to Managing Director or whoever assigned by Managing Director - Attach picture whenever necessary
