Requirements
- English & Mandarin language skills
- Related experience preferred
- Own transport available- Able to work under 6 working days per week with rotational shift
Responsibilities
- Greet customers.
- Find items for customers.
- Provide information about products or current specials.
- Ring up purchases.
- Elevate complaints to management.
- Keep the storeroom organized and tidy.
- Ensure that items are priced and labelled correctly.
- Order items for customers.
- Create merchandising displays
- Receive stock deliveries
- Restock shelves
- Help customers find items
- Handle payments, deal with customer complaints and issue refunds
- Other job task ad hoc.
