Responsibilities
- Coordinate sales activities, including order processing and client communication.
- Handle customer inquiries promptly and resolve issues efficiently.
- Prepare and deliver quotations to clients.
- Maintain accurate sales records and client relationships.
- Analyze sales data for insights and collaborate with marketing for strategy.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Identify and implement process improvements for better efficiency and customer satisfaction.
