Requirements

Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and efficient service to our merchants/ customers.
- Be a first point of contact to handle and resolve when customers/ merchants complaints.
- Responding professionally and promptly to customers/ merchants inquiries including IT relevant questions (integration).
- Deliver excellent customer service and manage the needs of our merchants/ customers through our communication channels (Telegram, Skype, and Wechat).
- Keep updated with company procedures and processes.
- Identifies merchants/ customers issue and escalate to the right department.
- Enters and updates daily reports.
