Requirements
Responsibilities
Calendar Management: Efficiently manage the CEO's schedule, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls, prioritizing conflicting requests, and ensuring timely attendance.
Travel Coordination: Coordinate all travel arrangements for the CEO, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, while considering preferences and optimizing travel itineraries.
Communication Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications addressed to the CEO, screening and prioritizing correspondence, and responding on behalf of the CEO when appropriate.
Meeting Preparation: Prepare agendas, materials, and presentations for meetings attended by the CEO, ensuring all necessary information is provided in advance and follow-up actions are documented and tracked.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including board members, executives, clients, and partners, representing the CEO professionally and effectively.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the CEO, including managing expenses, drafting correspondence, preparing reports, and conducting research as needed.
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality in all interactions and tasks related to the CEO's office.
Special Projects: Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
