Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Friendly and helpful attitude
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Comfortable using point-of-sale systems
- Team player with good communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in tasks
- Physical stamina for standing and lifting
- Problem-solving skills for customer issues
- Knowledge of store products and promotions
- Awareness of safety and company policies
Responsibilities
- Provide full support and coordination for sales team's daily activities.
- Assist in preparing quotations, purchase orders, invoices, price lists, official receipts, and necessary documents.
- Schedule and attend to walk-in customers, handle spare part ordering, and facilitate retail sales.
- Correspond with customers via email, resolve complaints, and follow up on inquiries.
- Monitor order status, update customers on estimated time of arrival (ETA), and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain client information integrity in the Autocount database system.
- Promptly follow up to ensure stock delivery meets customer deadlines.
- Contact customers immediately to provide alternative solutions if unable to fulfill orders or delivery dates.
- Collect payments according to payment terms for all orders.
- Manage technical team job sheets, bill collection, and expenses.
- File technical team expenses appropriately.
- Perform any ad hoc tasks assigned by superiors.
