Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Data Communication, Networking or etc
- Computer hardware & software skill
- Network troubleshooting skill
- Video conferencing skill
- Software testing skill
- Hands-on experience with Customer Relationship Management software is a plus
- Fresh Graduate with good personality and presentation skill also are encourage to apply
Responsibilities
- Testing on new hardware and software.
- Support for IT Department and help to manage the awarded project. If required, you need to go outstation for installation and delivery anywhere in Malaysia.
- Responsible for the end-to-end installation process to ensure a smooth installation experience for customers.
- Handling cases that have been assigned and completed within the planned timeline.
- Communicate, interact, and entertain customers' questions in a polite and professional manner.
- Provide after-sale services and support with the highest standard of professionalism and efficiency to achieve total customer satisfaction.
- Conduct training for the awarded project.
- General workers include backup Technician jobs.
- Perform hardware and software installation, setup, configuration, and day-to-day maintenance.
- Self-motivating, independent, willing to learn, and capable to handle multi-task job.
- Followed technical SOP (QC, external and internal support, delivery project). 12. Get positive review from customer.
