Requirements
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia & moderate in English with excellent communication skills
- 1-3 years of experience in telesales or a similar role
- Previous experience in telesales or customer service roles preferred
- Strong sales skills and ability to meet sales targets
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or customer service is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers in Bahasa/ English to promote our products and services
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and negotiation skills
- Handle objections and overcome challenges to successfully close sales
- Utilize product knowledge and sales techniques to meet and exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive overall business growth
