Requirements
- At least two years of related working experience
- Experience in renovation or construction project management
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Strong communication and coordination abilities
- Familiarity with building regulations and standards
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- Prior experience in team management preferred
Responsibilities
- Manage the overall planning and execution of renovation projects
- Coordinate with construction teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards
- Supervise project budgets and cost control
- Handle issues and risk management throughout the project
- Communicate with clients and report project progress in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards
- Maintain positive working relationships and team collaboration
- Provide regular project status updates and deliverables
