Requirements
- Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred
- At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience.
- At least LCCI or Diploma in Finance/Accounting, Commerce.
- An analytical mind and meticulous nature.
- Have a great sense of urgency and able to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
Responsibilities
- AR billing, AR SOA sending, all parts related to AR.
- Arrange payment in monthly and weekly advance.
- Create new customers/ suppliers.
- Arrange payment (statutory, hostel rental & utilities)
- Weekly and monthly cashflow report.
- Monthly payment listing (fund request from HQ, listing review for other department).
- Filing hardcopy (paid invoices, pettycash expenses, staff claim adjustment, advance payment adjustment).
- Scan and rename invoice, attach AP & AR invoice to system
- Ensure accurate GL codes be used
- Monthly bank reconciliation
- Assist in mid year & year end stock take.
- Carry out any ad hoc task as been assigned by Superior from time to time.
