Requirements
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays
- Friendly, flexible and open-minded with good communication skills
- Work as a team to provide good quality service
- Malaysian Chinese / Malay is preferable
Responsibilities
- Greet customers, record orders, and serve food and beverages with a consistently positive, politely and helpful attitude, including answering questions about the menu.
- Handle guests concerns and complaints professionally and calmly to resolve problems according to restaurant policy.
- Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the checkout area and continuously learn about new products and promotions to better assist customers.
- Receiving and verifying cash payments, processing transactions through bank cards, QR codes, mobile payments, and other applicable vouchers.
