Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior HR Executive with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience to join our team in Setapak. Proficiency in reading and speaking Mandarin is a must for this role. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in fostering a positive work environment, managing HR functions, and contributing to the overall success and growth of Manhattan Group.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as an HR professional, with a focus on leadership and strategic HR initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices in property management.
- Proficient in reading and speaking Mandarin.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in HRIS and other relevant HR tools.
- SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures tailored to the property management industry and in alignment with the company's goals.
- Lead recruitment efforts by collaborating with hiring managers, conducting interviews, and ensuring a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
- Provide guidance and support to employees, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.
- Manage performance appraisal processes and work closely with department heads to ensure employee development and engagement.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations specific to the property management sector.
- Spearhead initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
- Stay updated on the latest government support and policies
Benefits
- Salary: Basic + Allowance: RM 3000 - RM 3500 per monthWorking Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 9:30 am - 5:30 pm
- Saturday: Work from Home
