Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
  • Proven experience in online sales and administration.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online sales channels.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; basic data analysis skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Able to communicate and read Mandarin.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize online sales channels, including the e-commerce platform.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries.
  • Efficiently process online orders, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Analyze sales metrics for growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective online sales strategies.
  • Handle administrative tasks: data entry, filing, and documentation.
  • Assist in inventory management and order fulfillment.

Working Hours:

  • 6 days per week, including 1 day of work from home.
  • Working hours: 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM
