Requirements
- Diploma/Degree holder in any field of studies.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Great interpersonal, relationship building and communication skills to all level of customers.
- Able to work independently to maintain high standards and accuracy.
- Ability to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia & (Mandarin is an advantage).
- Working experience with designer or renovation field or construction firm an added advantage.
- Possess Own Transportation.
Responsibilities
- Coordinated with Contractor / Interior Designer / Renovator for project-to-project basis
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Extract Measurement from drawing & BQ, calculate & prepare quotation.
- Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
- Site visit & assist in resolving all site issues.
- Ensuring project deadlines are met.
- Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
- Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
- Prepare and implement sales account plans (including activity reports)
- Other responsibilities as delegated by superiors or management.
