Requirements
- Diploma/Degree or higher academic qualifications in any relevant fields of estate management, real estate and valuation.
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Independent with persuasive interpersonal skills and results-driven.
- Exhibit strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Computer literate and numerate.
- Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to write valuation reports.
- Good attitude and responsible character.
- Own transport and willing to travel
- Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply as training & guidance shall be provided.
Responsibilities
- Analyse the real estate market and data
- Conduct property inspections
- Prepare valuation reports/ market studies
- Liaise and maintain relationships with clients/ banks/ stakeholder
