Assistant Teacher works closely with the classroom Main Teacher to:

• Facilitate effective communication and coordination of activities, ensuring lessons are delivered in accordance with the established lesson plan and curriculum.
• Guide children in adhering to classroom and center routines and procedures, fostering a conducive learning environment.
• Monitor and assess children's progress throughout the academic year, evaluating the attainment of learning objectives.
• Communicate student progress and any concerns with diplomacy and professionalism to both parents and the director.
• Cultivate and sustain positive relationships with parents, fostering collaboration and engagement in their child's educational journey.
• Uphold safety and security standards for children, staff, and visitors, ensuring a secure and nurturing environment.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including individual student files, attendance records, and incident reports, to support effective administration and tracking of student development.
• Additionally, you will stay abreast of advancements and best practices in early childhood education, integrating relevant research findings into classroom practices. Flexibility to perform other assigned duties is also expected.
