Requirements
- At least 3-5 years of working experience in related field.
- Candidates must possess at least Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduated Diploma in Business Studies / Administration / Management Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Proficient in English, Mandarin and Malaysia.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily functions of the business.
- Delegate tasks to various teams and individuals.
- Assess the performance of internal and external operations, including employees and procedures.
- Give suggestions for operational improvements.
- Resolving external and internal customer complaints.
- Maintain constant communication with managers, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the company.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols.
