Requirements
- Able to speak in Mandarin due to business nature
- At least 3 years and above working experience in air-conditioning; repairs; installation & Trouble shooting
- Knowledge of installation and diagnose of VRV/VRF system.
- Experience in Ducts and pipes work on ACMV.
- Able to work under pressure and can lead new comers and team.
- Obtaining driving license is an advantages
Responsibilities
- Liaise with client, architect, consultant, and main contractor for any site issues to ensure timely project execution. To represent the Company at site meetings and other meetings as required.
- Responsible for site coordination workers and to make accurate, decisive, and prompt decisions relating to work matters.
- Feedback to management on site problems for corrective actions to be taken.
- Responsible for preparation, checking and submission of shop drawings before commencement of installation works and as-built drawings upon completion. The drawings shall provide for the openings through building structures for the passage of M & E services and shall ensure conformance to regulation and clients’ requirements.
- Able to install duct, dampers, splitter, diffusers, and fan speed.
- Supervise in planning new installation and modification projects, preparation of specification, and major reconditioning and overhaul projects, applying knowledge of refrigerating systems.
- Plan routes & meet delivery schedule.
- GDL available.
- Any ad hoc task as assigned by superior.
