DADI Coffee had just collaborate with IHOB (Indonesia House Of Beans) , as a distributor at Kuala Lumpur. We are seeking an experienced, outgoing, and passionate individual to join our team as a Coffee Sales and Marketing Specialist. The primary responsibility of this role is to promote and sell in house roasted beans and Indonesian green beans by leveraging expertise in coffee knowledge along with strong sales and marketing skills. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of coffee varieties, brewing methods, and a cupping skills and interest in sales and marketing for well promoting coffee.

• Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of coffee, including its origins,
• types, flavor profiles, and brewing techniques.
• IHOB Project Management: Take charge of the IHOB startup project, overseeing all aspects from
• inception to execution, including budgeting, planning, and implementation.
• Brand Development: Establish the IHOB brand identity, ensuring IT aligns with the essence of
• Indonesian coffee culture and appeals to the target market.
• Marketing Initiatives: Create and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across various
• channels (digital, traditional, social media) to raise brand awareness and drive sales for DADI and
• IHOB's Indonesian coffee offerings.
• Performance Tracking: Set measurable goals, track sales performance, analyze marketing
• initiatives' effectiveness, and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve targets.
• Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with regulations, quality control
• standards, and consistency in delivering exceptional products and services.
