Requirements
- Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
- Proven experience in event planning and coordination is added advantage
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Event Management or a related field.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Team player with a pleasant personality, good attitude, and the ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Fresh graduates welcome.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate w Collaborate with clients to understand their event needs and expectations
- Maintain a proactive relationship with existing clients
- Contact client to get requirement
- Contact supplier to get costing
- Plan work schedule and prepare document
- Cooperate with designer, production team and venue management
- Follow up project on-site
