Requirements
- Familiar with Employment Act, Labour Laws and other related statutory requirements.
- Familiar with info-tech systems will be an added advantage.
- Discipline, well organized, show great attention to detail, reliable and able to work independently
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Word and Excel, Basic Letter & Email Writing
- Able to handle tight timeline
- Organised, responsible and detail-oriented person
Responsibilities
- Responsible for monthly payroll administration and staff attendance verification.
- To execute end-to-end payroll process accurately on time (including commission, incentive, claims & statutory contribution) by ensuring legal compliance to statutory requirements
- To generate monthly HR reports in timely and accurate manner, including all periodic and annual regulatory filing and submission of HR regulatory documents
- To facilitate employees’ onboarding and offboarding process such as induction training and exit interview.
- To manage the renewal process for visa and employment pass of expatriates and foreign workers.
- Assist in organizing company event and training by providing general administrative support
- To identify training needs and coordinate company external or internal training including HRDF grant application.
- Assist with development and maintenance of HR policies.
- Handle employee inquiries and concerns by providing guidance and resolution as needed.
- To undertake any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
