Requirements
- Must be a Malaysian
- Candidates currently pursuing ICSA course or its equivalent professional qualifications
- Certificate / Diploma holders / a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies / Finance / Accounting are encouraged to apply
- Fresh graduates or those current pursuing professional examination or who are seeking a professional career in the field of Company Secretary are encouraged to apply
- Assume high level of responsibilities and commitments
Responsibilities
·
Assisting Company Secretary in administering
the day-to-day operation of secretarial compliance with statutory requirement,
regulations and guidelines relevant to company secretarial practice

To assist in the preparation of
notices/agenda and minutes of pre & post meeting of Board Meeting and
General Meeting
·
To handle general
administrative duties related to Company Secretarial functions
