Requirements
- Candidate Must Possess at Least FORM 5
- Preferably at least 1 year working experience in related field.
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Excellent time management and self-discipline.
- Willing to learn, easy-going, curious, energetic and self-motivated.
- Possess good technical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Able to travel.
- Experienced in Ricoh printer/ photocopier machine knowledge
Responsibilities
- Responsible for assisting in deployment (i.e. installation and fitting jobs) and servicing of photocopier and printers to/at customer’s site(s).
- Provides technical advice and guidance to customer related to the photocopier machines.
- Provides advices to subordinates on the machine condition and necessary corrective action to be taken.
- Able to understand technical manual and instructions in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Assist in trouble-shooting the photocopier machine’s malfunction and establishes corrective action to be taken.
- To keep all photocopier machines clean and orderly.
