Requirements
- Experience on Live stream is more advantage
- Experience on edit video and content is more advantage
- Good customer service skills
- Minimum SPM or equivalent
- Able to start immediately
- Able to work on shift
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way in live chat, email & apps
- To carry out any administrative requirements pos system
- Respond to customer enquiries on all social media platform (Facebook, Instagram, Whatsapp, Tiktok) regarding product or orders.
