Requirements
Must have the ability to speak Mandarin fluently as this position requires working with Mandarin speaking clients.
Education requirements:
- Bachelors Degree and above (prioritizes candidates with experience)

Responsibilities
Job scope:
- Responsible for user's technical support, network equipment debugging, server troubleshooting, check database, software and hardware installation, debug, configuration and maintenance
- Must be familiar with computer architecture , dealing with servers, hardware diagnosis for office computers and other relevent equipments.
- Familiar with Windows Server and Linux's operating system and common commands.
- Familiar with the configuration methods of network switches and routers
