• Plan and execute in-store promotions, offers and discounts
• Report sales and purchase performance to the management monthly
• Competitor analysis.

Operations

• Oversee daily operations to ensure outlet rules and regulations are met.
• Addressing customers’ requests, comments and complaints
• Maintain health and safety measures and store’s cleanliness

Stock Management

• Ensure products are clean, stored and stocked well and displayed presentably with correct pricing
• Utilise Stock Management Software to evaluate sales performance and plan for future re-stock
• Sourcing new suppliers for new products
• Implementing measures to avoid stock damage, theft and wastage
