Requirements
- Proven experience in technical sales within the construction materials industry.
- Mandarin speaker required.
- Strong technical background with in-depth knowledge of construction materials and their applications.
- Demonstrated success in specifying products with architects and consultants.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and persuasively.
Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture relationships with architects, consultants, and construction professionals to understand their project requirements.
- Collaborate with the technical team to provide detailed product specifications and recommendations.
- Present and demonstrate our construction materials to architects and consultants, highlighting their features and benefits.
- Act as a technical liaison between clients and our internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and understanding of project needs.
- Stay informed about industry trends, building codes, and regulations relevant to construction materials.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to influence the product selection process.
- Work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
