Requirements
- Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
- Fresh graduates and SPM leavers are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent hands-on skills with an eye for details
- Ability to work independently.
- Positive attitude and responsible character.
- Pleasant personality with a focus on excellence in customer service.
- Prior working experience will be an added advantage.
- Self-starter with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Possess self-confidence and be able to actively interact with all relevant parties.
- Skills: Mircosoft Excel, Word,PowerPoint and Gmail
Responsibilities
- Handling documents such as import, export, sales contract and others needed.
- Responsible and solving problems regarding transportation, imports and exports and customer issues.
- Responsible for monitoring and coordinating the operational daily work.
- Dealing with customer and supplier. (oversea & local)
- Ensure that all data entry and submission paperwork is complete and accurate
- Liaising with government departments and declarant agents for customs clearance purpose for any permit and / or license required by import and export (if needed).
- To undertake other special assignments, ad-hoc functions, and related duties specified by the Management as and when required.
