Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Engineering field related to manufacturing of furniture and fabricated or related discipline.
- Proficient in Words, Excel and Power Point
- Good communication skill and self-starter and able to work independently.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Responsibilities
- Create new checklist of inspection for subordinates & to ensure submission of the said checklist daily.
- Conduct quality control inspections on incoming materials & finished products.
- Implement & enforce quality standards and procedures.
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues & improve process.
- Perform regular audit to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Analyze data & generate reports on quality performance.
- Investigate customer complaints & implement corrective actions.
- Train & educate employees on quality control process.
- Monitor & maintain quality documentation & records.
- Stay updated on industry quality standards & regulations.
