Requirements
- Possession of a Diploma in Engineering, with a preference for Mechanical or Chemical Engineering; additional knowledge in plastic piping solutions and engineering plastics is advantageous.
- Diploma in Marketing applicants with familiarity in plastic piping solutions and engineering plastics are encouraged to apply.
- Ideally, 1 to 2 years of working experience in sales within the relevant industry would be an added advantage.
- Demonstrated proficiency in communication, numeracy, and computer literacy.
- Proactive with a strong dedication, showcasing effective multitasking abilities.
- Robust problem-solving and analytical skills, coupled with meticulous attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, thriving under tight deadlines.
- Fresh graduates with an engineering background are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth and achieve profitability targets in alignment with the company's strategic direction.
- Conduct continuous analysis of market and industry dynamics, providing regular updates to management on emerging competitions, new products and services, and evolving business operating models.
- Review and analyze sales performance, striving to consistently meet or exceed sustainable targets.
- Cultivate robust relationships with existing and potential customers to foster long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate closely with consultants, contractors, sub-contractors, and end-users to actively market and specify the company's products.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints, delivering exceptional sales services and nurturing enduring client relationships by understanding and managing their requirements.
- Explore opportunities for product and market expansion, undertaking market feasibility studies and engaging in special assignments or business development initiatives as needed.
- Fulfill any additional duties assigned by the Management as required.
- Prepare comprehensive weekly sales visit reports.
- Possess own transport is preferred.
