Requirements
- Min Diploma in Accountancy, LCCI, ACCA, or related subjects;
- Knowledge of MYOB is preferable;
- Prior experience in accountancy and payroll would be advantageous;
- Proficiency in Mandarin are mandatory as the role requires liaising with various mandarin speaking clients
- Meticulous, independent & self-motivated, willing to learn, and able to meet the deadline;
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the full set of accounts e.g. AP/AR/GL;
- Ensuring completeness, accuracy and compliance with accepted accounting principles
- Issue sales invoices, arrange payments for company expenses and on behalf of clients;
- Ensure timely submission and reporting of monthly management accounts to managers;
- Liaise with third parties like external tax agents and auditors on related matters;
- Perform any ad-hoc duties when required;
