Requirements
- Min possess DIPLOMA/DEGREE level in Business Management/equivalent.
- Possess excellent time and people management skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Candidate must be willing to work on retail hours, weekends and public holidays.
- Required language (s): English, Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin.
- Experienced candidates in related field will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- To make sure enough manpower available in showroom.
- To Make sure tidiness and discipline of staff are following company rules and regulation.
- To propose potential subordinate to be included as second liner and nurture them.
- To arrange training to ensure sales person are well equip with sufficient product knowledge.
- To monitor and control inventory level by keeping IT on par with target and maintain a healthy stock turnover.
- To ensure stock availability in showroom especially promotion items are sufficient.
- To ensure product pricing and display are well maintained following company events and direction.
- To ensure marketing display tools in the showroom are up to date and dispose those outdated.
