Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in any field.
- Can speak in Mandarin.
- Willingness to work in flexible hours, including weekend and public holidays.
- Well-groomed with good interpersonal, problem solving and communication skill.
- Responsible, Polite, Honest and Hard Working
- Able to work at Melawati Mall L1-12
- Immediate starter is preferred
Responsibilities
- Responsible to oversee and ensure efficiency of all aspect of store’s operations, including achieving sales target, profitability, staff rostering, inventory control.
- Managing customer’s queries and issues professionally with exceptional product knowledge, ensure their needs are fulfilled effectively.
- To ensure the administration of the outlets are in compliance with the company standards and policies including maintain attractive visual merchandising, control shrinkage, handle cashiering.
- Supervise and monitor staff attendance, performance and development.
