Requirements
- Proven experience in production department, with at least 1 years in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Responsible and be punctual at work at all times.

Responsibilities
- Communicate with sales coordinator to arrange production schedule.
- Monitor project progress to ensure IT is following the schedule.
- Assign work to Line Workers.
- Train Line Workers on the procedure to assemble product per assigned role for the day.
